Return Policy
If for any reason there is a defect in your device, please return it to us within (30) days of placing your order, with receipt, original packaging, and a brief description of the defect for a full refund, less handling. Your full refund will be mailed to you within (10) days less shipping and you are responsible for any shipping charges incurred on the return.

Pants Un-Heeled.com cannot accept merchandise for refund if items are received damaged, scratched, or show visible signs of wear. Items not postmarked within 30 days of shipping will not be accepted. You must print and include the return for the credit to appear on your account.

International Orders
International orders are subject to additional duties, customs, brokerage fees and taxes, which are the purchaser's responsibility and are in addition to our quoted shipping and handling charges. Please be aware that all International order are final.

Privacy
Customer privacy is very important to us. We never sell our mailing list. All customer information is kept strictly confidential.

Warranty
Due to conditions beyond our control, the manufacturer makes no warranty nor accepts and responsibility other than the original purchase price of the product.
